Job Description
About Chesamel Group
Chesamel Group is a dynamic business transformation consultancy that partners with organisations to navigate complex change journeys and deliver exceptional business outcomes. We combine strategic insight with practical execution to help our clients thrive in today's rapidly evolving market landscape.
At Chesamel, we transform businesses through people. We build agile, high-performing teams that work inside our client organisations to deliver complex transformation goals. Our strategic consultants and delivery professionals don’t just advise — they embed, implement, and elevate performance from within.
We believe that great outcomes come from investing in great people — and that’s where you come in.
The Role: People Partner – Owning the In-House People Experience
As our People Partner, you'll act as the People Manager for our Vendor teams, which consist of Chesamel employees fully integrated across our client base.
You’ll own the end-to-end employee experience for this population — from onboarding and deployment through performance, development, succession, ER, and offboarding. You’ll ensure each team member is aligned to the right client project, supported to succeed, and able to grow through a culture of feedback and performance, whilst ensuring they are fully engaged and committed to the Chesamel brand.
You’ll collaborate with Account Managers, Talent, and HR — but the responsibility for workforce performance, engagement, and transformation sits with you.
This is a role for someone passionate about shaping the future of work through brilliant team enablement whilst representing Chesamel.
