IT Business Solutions Manager

Our client, a leading and growing retail business, is currently seeking an IT Business Solutions / Systems Manager to join their team in London. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to innovative IT solutions in a dynamic and fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Serve as a bridge between business stakeholders and IT, ensuring business requirements are translated into practical, scalable solutions.
2. Take ownership of SaaS solutions, including vendor selection, configuration, performance optimisation, and ensuring ongoing alignment with business objectives.
3. Oversee non-SaaS systems, ensuring seamless integration, reliability, and user-friendly experiences.
4. Collaborate with stakeholders to map existing workflows, identify inefficiencies, and define future-state processes supported by robust IT solutions.
5. Assess and mitigate risks related to system performance, security, and data integrity.

Key Skills:

1. Strong business analysis skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
2. Proficiency in SaaS and non-SaaS systems.
3. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
4. Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with various teams and stakeholders.
5. Proactive mindset, able to provide constructive challenge, insights and tangible options for system and process improvements.
6. Experience in retail or multi-site environments is beneficial but not essential.
