We are currently seeking a dedicated individual to join our clients team in Bournemouth.

Role Overview

As a Secretary or Legal Assistant, you will work closely with experienced Solicitors, providing vital support across a diverse caseload of matters. Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Diary and time management for fee earners
  • Helping to draft legal documents such as contracts, briefs, agreements, and other legal correspondence.
  • Dictation
  • Case Management administration / filing
  • Client Communication
  • Document Review: Review documents and contracts.
  • Legal Administration: Handle a range of administrative tasks such as billing, timekeeping, maintaining databases, and managing office operations related to legal matters.

Candidate Requirements

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • Legal secretary experience
  • Previous experience in a private client legal role. (Preferred)
  • Strong client care skills and a dedication to delivering excellent service.
  • Exceptional organisational abilities and the ability to work well within a team.
  • Proficiency in modern IT systems, audio and copy typing, and diary management.
