Residential Property Lawyer/Solicitor – Bristol

Salary: up to £60,000

TSR Legal are delighted to be working with a well-established law firm as they expand their residential property team. We are seeking an experienced Residential Property Lawyer to join their office in Bristol.

The Role

As a Residential Property Lawyer, you will:

• Manage your own caseload, handling all aspects of freehold and leasehold transactions from instruction to completion.
• Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other solicitors to ensure a smooth conveyancing process.
• Provide expert legal advice on all residential property matters.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and stay up to date with conveyancing legislation.
• Play an active role in business development and client relationship management.

The Ideal Candidate

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer with at least 2 years’ experience in residential conveyancing.
• The ability to manage a varied caseload independently with minimal supervision.
• A proactive and client-focused approach, ensuring excellent customer service.
• Strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• An interest in promoting the business and contributing to its growth.
