We currently operate Espy Go, an AI-powered SEO tool with strong revenue traction and a growing customer base of ~30 companies. As we expand, we’re looking for a Growth Manager to lead demand generation across our ventures with a focus on marketing agencies and SMEs.

This role reports directly to the founder and will be instrumental to the creation of succesful software businesses which you will be a a shareholder in.

We are looking for someone based in London and require 2 days a week in office. The start date is as soon as possible.

Tasks

As the Growth Manager you will own revenue generation within the venture studio, owning commercial responsibilities for our existing product Espy Go and being involved as we build additional MarTech products to grow even faster. Specifically, you will:

  • Architect and execute campaigns that generate qualified leads for our MarTech products
  • Build out the growth engine for targeting marketing agencies and SMEs, Elysium’s core ICP
  • Analyze data and test strategies to find growth loops
  • Work across channels, including inbound, outbound, partnerships, and community
  • Be a core member of the venture studio owning the commercial and growth areas

Requirements

We are after a highly entrepreneurial candidate who is aligned with our ambitious targets of building multiple successful software businesses. We look for:

  • Experience selling into marketing agencies or previously held a director-level role within one
  • Proven ability to generate leads and convert interest through growth loops, conversion funnels, and campaign testing
  • Track record building demand from scratch, ideally in early-stage B2B SaaS from zero to >100K GBP ARR
  • Hands-on omni channel GTM experience (e.g., SEO, paid, email, partnerships, community)
  • Ability to plan and execute at all levels of the product growth lifecycle
  • A self-starter mindset — comfortable with ambiguity and eager to ship and learn
  • Understanding and passion for MarTech is a plus
