CDM & BSA – Principal Designer – FULL TIME OR PART TIME

We are currently seeking a qualified Principal Designer to join our team.

Key skills required:

  1. Professionally Qualified
  2. Experience in delivering CDM Principal Design Services (CDM 2015 Regulations) in a wide range of project types
  3. Experience developing BSA 2022 compliant projects above and below 18m in height
  4. Job-winning ability
  5. Good understanding of consultancy contracts
  6. Report writing skills, the ability to assemble PCI packs, and practical site inspection experience
  7. Excellent written and spoken English
  8. Ability to use ArchiCAD and/or Revit ideally
  9. Ability to work effectively within a team, managing fellow consultants and client inputs where required
  10. Keen attention to detail
  11. Excellent knowledge and experience of UK Building Regulations
  12. Friendly and personable
