CDM & BSA – Principal Designer – FULL TIME OR PART TIME

We are currently seeking a qualified Principal Designer to join our team.
Key skills required:
- Professionally Qualified
- Experience in delivering CDM Principal Design Services (CDM 2015 Regulations) in a wide range of project types
- Experience developing BSA 2022 compliant projects above and below 18m in height
- Job-winning ability
- Good understanding of consultancy contracts
- Report writing skills, the ability to assemble PCI packs, and practical site inspection experience
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Ability to use ArchiCAD and/or Revit ideally
- Ability to work effectively within a team, managing fellow consultants and client inputs where required
- Keen attention to detail
- Excellent knowledge and experience of UK Building Regulations
- Friendly and personable
