Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting SCM processes and systems, including user training.
- Managing SCM data, supplier records, and document libraries.
- Providing standard and bespoke business reports as required.
- Overseeing catalogue loading and supplier onboarding.
- Ensuring adherence to supply chain processes, tools, and systems.
- Promoting the use of an approved and evaluated supply base.
- Resolving queries efficiently with key stakeholders.
- Supporting process improvements and best practices.
- Engaging in learning and development activities.
Requirements:
Essential:
- Previous experience in a similar supply chain or administrative role.
- Basic knowledge of supply chain processes.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a controlled environment.
- Experience handling operational queries in a helpdesk-style role.
- Experience using JAGGAER/Ariba (desirable).
