We are looking for a commercially driven individual to play a crucial role in our healthcare staffing operations across the Midlands.

Your responsibilities as a Recruitment & Staffing Business Development Manager:
- Oversee business centre operations, ensuring smooth and efficient operation
- Improving market share and to become the ‘go to’ provider for temporary healthcare staffing in the region
- Engaging with new clients through direct business development
- To drive performance and results, monitoring key metrics and implementing necessary improvements where required
- To instil a high-performance culture that engages and motivates your team, ensuring morale is high and targets are achieved/celebrated
- To practise a ‘demonstrate and do’ attitude
What we need from you in this role:
- Proven experience in healthcare recruitment & staffing.
- Experience leading a team in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, to build relationships with candidates and clients
- Results orientated mindset, with a focus on achieving targets and delivering exceptional service
- Strong performance management
