Bartender Needed for New Restaurant Opening!
We are excited to announce the grand opening of our brand-new restaurant and are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated ** Bartender ** to join our team!
Bartenders are responsible for creating and serving beverages, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring the bar area is maintained to the highest standards. The role requires extensive knowledge of beverages, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing a high-quality guest experience.
Position: Bartender
Location: Movela House, Colnbrook bypass, SL3 0EH
Job Type: Full-time/Part-time
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks following standardized recipes.
- Greet customers at the bar, take drink orders, and provide recommendations based on customer preferences.
- Ensure the bar area is well-stocked, clean, and organized at all times.
- Monitor the consumption of alcohol and apply responsible drinking protocols when necessary.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of mixology, cocktail recipes, and beverage trends.
- Manage bar transactions, process payments, and maintain accurate records for inventory and cash handling.
- Collaborate with the floor team to support seamless service and provide drink orders efficiently.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience as a Bartender in a high-volume environment.
- Comprehensive knowledge of wines, spirits, beers, and cocktails.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle pressure during busy periods.
- Familiarity with bar management software and POS systems.
- Certification in Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) or equivalent is a plus.
