About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Fit-Out Site Manager to oversee and manage interior fit-out projects from inception to completion. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all works are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while maintaining health and safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Management: Oversee and coordinate all on-site activities, ensuring timely project delivery.
2. Quality Control: Monitor and enforce high-quality finishes in line with project specifications.
3. Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure all site activities adhere to safety regulations and company policies.
4. Team Leadership: Supervise subcontractors, trades, and site operatives, maintaining a productive work environment.
5. Client & Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the main point of contact for clients, architects, and project managers, addressing issues promptly.
6. Budget & Cost Control: Assist in monitoring project costs, minimizing waste, and ensuring financial efficiency.
7. Problem-Solving: Proactively identify and resolve site issues to avoid project delays.

Requirements

1. Proven experience as a Site Manager in interior fit-out projects.
2. Strong knowledge of fit-out processes, materials, and techniques.
3. Relevant qualifications in construction, site management, or a related field.
4. SMSTS/CSCS certification.
5. Strong leadership and communication skills.
6. Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
7. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
