We’re looking for an experienced Management Accountant to play a key role in overseeing the financial health of the organisation and supporting strategic decision-making. This is a fantastic opportunity for a detail-oriented, analytical finance professional who enjoys combining technical expertise with commercial insight.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform month-end procedures, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of reporting
Prepare budgets, forecasts, and detailed financial reports
Conduct variance analysis to highlight trends and opportunities for performance improvement
Support cash flow forecasting and manage the accuracy of financial models
Produce quarterly VAT returns and maintain compliance with reporting standards
Collaborate with non-finance stakeholders to support decision-making (business partnering)
Understand internal and external business environments to deliver proactive, value-added insights
Uphold confidentiality, professionalism, and integrity at all times
Essential Skills & Experience:
ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified
Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in a similar Management Accountant role
Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Lookups, advanced formulas)
Proficient in financial systems – SAP experience desirable
Excellent time management and organisational skills
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting relationships across the business
