Employed by users worldwide, their integrated collaboration platform provides customers with real-time coordination, automated clash detection, and issue tracking throughout the lifecycle of any construction, infrastructure, or manufacturing project. This platform allows for seamless communication across all project stakeholders within a unified environment.
We are looking for a hands-on data leader who will use data to influence our strategic plans, solve business questions, and help us understand customer purchase and product usage patterns.This person will assess opportunities, prioritize and deliver projects, and champion data quality.
The role will own the building out of our data warehouse and business intelligence tools, as well as KPI development and deep dive analysis. This role will strategically support all departments by identifying and responding to their unique data needs, while proactively driving a culture of data-informed decision-making across the organization.
The role will report to the CFO and be remotely based requiring regular visits to Switzerland.

7+ years of analytics experience, including experience working with an engineering team to build data infrastructure. SQL and Python~ Experience with data warehouses and business intelligence tools. Ability to identify, prioritize, and gain buy-in for high-impact projects~ Experience cultivating a data-driven mindset across diverse teams, fostering collaboration and alignment around shared metrics and goals~ Partnership, communication, and collaboration skills, and background in providing analysis and recommendations that inform corporate decision-making~ Fluent in English; any other language a plus
