Business Intelligence Analyst – Finance
Location: London (Hybrid – 3 days in office)
The Change Partners are working with a tier-1 consumer electronics brand with a worldwide presence. You will play a vital role in understanding and driving business decisions using intelligence data and insight.
What You’ll Do:
- Design and develop BI solutions (dashboards, reports, KPIs) to support strategic decision-making.
- Analyze financial performance, comparing against KPIs and industry benchmarks.
- Provide insights to optimize revenue and operational efficiency, working closely with finance teams.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes with data-driven analysis.
- Collaborate on forecasting and financial modelling, improving accuracy and reporting.
- Enhance self-serve analytics capabilities, training teams on BI tools and best practices.
- Work with large data sets, conducting deep dives to uncover actionable insights.
What You Bring:
– 2+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, analytics, or finance (media/advertising/TV industry experience is a plus).
– Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, macros).
– Proven ability to work with SQL, Python, and data visualization tools (DOMO, Tableau, Power BI).
– Experience with data modelling, reporting, and database management.
– Bonus: Experience with Salesforce, SAP, Operative.One or statistical analysis tools.
