What you’ll be doing

  • Provide outstanding support to our customers via phone, email, LiveChat, and online portals.
  • Take ownership of customer queries, resolving issues efficiently and professionally.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across teams to find the best solutions.
  • Spot opportunities to improve customer experiences and suggest ways to make things better.
  • Work in a high-performing, supportive team where learning and growth are encouraged.

What do you need to be great at this role?

A passion for delivering great customer service – no experience needed, just a willingness to learn!

  • Strong communication skills – you’ll be speaking, listening, and writing with confidence.
  • A problem-solver who thrives in a fast-moving environment.
  • A team player who’s eager to support colleagues and share ideas.
  • Comfortable using IT systems and navigating multiple platforms.

Closing date for applications: 14th of April 2025 – Assessment Centre 23rd April at 5pm

Salary: £24,635

Hours: Full time/Part time (minimum of 30 hours per week)

Start date: 30th May 2025 (includes a 4-week training period based in our Exeter office)

Location: Gadeon House, Grenadier Rd, Exeter EX1 3UT
