The firm is a recognised leader in several areas of law, particularly in insolvency law, where they provide expert legal services in corporate restructuring and insolvency, asset-based lending, shareholder disputes, and director disqualification (both pre- and post-proceedings), as well as representing clients through trial and appeal.

Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially astute insolvency solicitor to join a dynamic team focusing on a range of complex insolvency and litigation matters. You will have the chance to build on your technical expertise while developing a comprehensive understanding of the strategic steps involved in insolvency cases.

You will work in a partner-led department, with direct involvement in high-quality insolvency cases and the opportunity for hands-on experience in both contentious and non-contentious insolvency matters.

The ideal candidate will have:

1. A strong interest in insolvency law and litigation
2. Experience in, or a desire to work with, corporate restructuring, director disqualification, and insolvency proceedings
3. A proactive and energetic approach to client management and litigation
4. The ability to quickly familiarise yourself with key insolvency, tax, corporate governance, and legal principles
5. A solid understanding of the technical and ancillary aspects of insolvency law, including tax and accounting matters
