We deliver acute hospital, primary, community and mental health care services to a population of over 1.15 million and a wider population of 2.2 million when our regional and national services are included.
Applications are invited for a Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon post at Glasgow Royal Infirmary from an individual with an interest in knee surgery.
We are looking for a motivated individual to be part of a team of seventeen consultants working across the North Sector of Glasgow. The successful candidate will be based at Glasgow Royal Infirmary, but will also operate at our ambulatory care site, Stobhill.
The current on-call trauma commitment is a 1:13 rota. The successful candidate will also deliver regular elective theatre lists, subspecialty theatre lists, fracture clinics and elective clinics.
The post is for 10 PAs, comprising 8 DCC and 2 SPA (1 of which will be core SPA). Up to 2 EPAs are available for a successful candidate.
