Cluster Lead Nurse – Luton

Our client is a Drug & Alcohol Recovery charity based in Luton. The post of Cluster Lead Nurse is to provide clinical leadership and clear direction for the Newham integrated nursing team and to promote development and delivery of clinical health and wellbeing interventions.

Hours per week: Monday to Friday

Contract Length: TBC

Pay rate: £38 – £42/hr

Primary Duties:

1. Play a key role in ensuring the nursing team delivers evidence-based clinical interventions, including vaccinations, blood-borne virus screening, health, and wellbeing assessments to support drug and alcohol prescribing and detoxification programs.
2. Provide a clinical supervision role to the nursing team.
3. Ensure that the services clinical model is functioning effectively, and all clinical services are delivered in line with the company’s policy and national guidance.
4. Be involved in a clinical audit of the service under the direction of the Deputy Director of Nursing.
5. Management and development of nursing staff.

Requirements:

1. NMC registration
2. Previous experience of managing people
