  • About the Head of Sales Role

    We are seeking a commercially driven and inspiring Head of Sales to lead the Sales team. As a key member of the senior leadership team, you will take full ownership of revenue growth, oversee a smooth and effective onboarding experience for clients, and help shape the sales strategy in a dynamic and technology-led environment.

    Key Responsibilities for Head of Sales

    Sales Leadership & Strategy

    • Driving new business development
    • Lead the sales function, managing a team of professionals
    • Drive lead generation, pipeline management, and deal conversion
    • Define and evolve sales KPIs in line with business growth objectives
    • Provide structured coaching and mentoring to the team

    Team Leadership & Development

    • Leading teams and achieving targets

    Experience

    • Proven track record managing B2B sales teams with measurable success
    • Experience in eCommerce or SaaS is an advantage
    • Strong history of KPI management and scalable process development
