Northampton – Hybrid Working (2-3 days in office)

A leading global bank is looking for experienced Business Analysts to join major regulatory and compliance-driven transformation programmes. These roles offer the chance to work on PECR regulations, financial crime initiatives, and other business-critical regulatory projects, directly influencing strategic and operational change.

Role Overview:
You’ll play a key role in bridging strategic goals with operational delivery – eliciting requirements, mapping business processes, and engaging senior stakeholders across global teams. These roles sit within a change-focused team driving delivery across multiple regulatory workstreams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Elicit, define, and document business requirements
- Conduct impact assessments and readiness analysis for regulatory change
- Map as-is and to-be processes, ensuring compliance alignment
- Collaborate with tech and business SMEs to drive end-to-end solutions
- Track requirements through delivery using structured traceability tools
- Operate within hybrid delivery models (Agile and Waterfall environments)
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst on regulatory programmes
- Knowledge of PECR regulation, financial crime, or related domains
- Excellent stakeholder management skills – both business and technology sides
- Hands-on experience with requirements traceability and process mapping
- Comfortable working in large, matrixed financial institutions
