Our team is split between London, Los Angeles and Buenos Aires, we specialise in two core areas: entertainment and pharma/B2B. Role description:

We’re looking to grow our small Pharma focused team with a talented mid-weight designer bursting with strong graphic and motion design skills. You’ll work across a range of predominately social media projects — from static social posts to scroll stopping videos.

  • Design standout social content – on brand – for our clients: bringing a good eye for typography, design, pacing and composition.
  • Briefs are fairly open, with room for you to bring good creative ideas to projects.
  • Bigger projects would require you to storyboard before bringing to life.
  • Present your work with confidence and respond thoughtfully to feedback.
  • Simplify complex messages through smart, compelling designs.
  • Collaborate with copywriters, producers, and account teams.
  • Stay on top of social trends, AI trends, Design and branding trends and bring fresh, creative ideas to the table.

Core expertise:

  • Core software: After Effects and Illustrator (or Figma if you prefer).
  • Secondary Software: Premiere Pro (light video editing), Photoshop(mostly for editing photos), Google Slides, Audition(for light audio editing).
  • 3D skills would be welcomed (or ability to learn it), we use Blender.
  • We use Slack, Asana, Box and Google Meets for working together.
  • Solid Motion skills, good sense of easing, pacing, and technical ability.
  • Solid Design skills: typography, composition, layout, hierarchy, harmony and balance.
  • An understanding of marketing and clients needs in social media communications.

Competitive Salary.
