An exciting fast growing privately owned consumer company is hiring a Financial Controller reporting to the CFO. The company is self funded and are going through high growth as they continue their journey.
The Financial Controller will report to the CFO and will have four direct reports across a number of entities. In depth processes implementation/improvement/changes in a complex and fast growing environment (cross departments, cross systems, cross countries in an evolving business). Having experience working large number of international entities in various countries (UK, US, DE, IT, FR , CH in the case of GBB) and in the region of 500M-1BN sales, preferred manufacturing or consumer goods. You will take management of the controlling team and have 7 direct reports, so being able to establish relationships and keeping a positive moral is important.
We are looking for someone who has worked in a fast-paced finance environment and looking to take control of the finance accounts. The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
This role is looking to pay £100,000 to £130,000 plus bonus & benefits. Flexible working hours is encouraged and welcomed though the offices.
