SEND Teaching Assistant! Do you have the energy, compassion, and resilience to make a difference in the lives of primary-aged children with Special Educational Needs (SEND)?Location: Crawley Hours: 8:30 AM – 3:45 PM, (45-minute lunch) Monday to Friday, Term time only.Pay: £84-£88/day, temp to perm contractStart Date: ASAPWhat You’ll Do:

• Support primary-aged children with Autism, ADHD, sensory needs, complex behaviours and more.
• Assist with personal care and daily routines.
• Work within small groups of 5-8 children, sometimes supporting 1:1.
• Create a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.
• Work closely with teachers, parents, and therapists to meet individual needs.
• Have fun while doing it!

• Personal or professional SEND experience (family or work-based).
• A proactive, hands-on attitude with a passion for helping children thrive.
