Exciting new opportunity for a ClusterBusiness Development Executive, to join this branded hotel where youll play a key role in expanding market reach, building strategic partnerships, and boosting revenue.

As a ClusterBusiness Development Executive, youll be at the forefront of identifying new sales opportunities and developing strategies to increase the hotels visibility in the local markets. Youll work closely with the sales and marketing teams to unlock new business streams and drive long-term success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across corporate, MICE, and leisure sectors.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential partners, clients, and agencies.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support growth strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored proposals and packages.
  • Represent the hotel at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, targets, and ROI of development efforts.

To be successful for this position, you will have;

  • Proven experience in pro-active business development from within a hotel sales environment.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively identify new leads.
  • Knowledge of local markets is a plus.
  • A strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset.
