Commercial Account Handler | Southport | Up to £35,000 | Hybrid

This business is undergoing a major transformation following a string of successful acquisitions and strong organic growth. They're now looking for a Commercial Account Handler to support their expanding client base and help drive continued success.

The Role

  • Support Account Executives with managing a portfolio of commercial clients
  • Process renewals, endorsements, and mid-term adjustments
  • Liaise with clients to collect underwriting information and ensure a smooth service
  • Negotiate terms and cover with insurers to secure the best outcomes
  • Maintain accurate records in line with compliance and regulatory standards
  • Assist with claims communication between clients and internal teams
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and regulatory changes

Who They're Looking For

  • Experience in commercial insurance account handling
  • Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail
  • Confident communicator with excellent client service abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with FCA compliance and insurance processes
