Role:
We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented, and highly efficient Office Administration Assistant to join a dynamic model management agency based in London. This full-time position is ideal for someone with strong organisational and administrative skills, and an interest in the fashion and creative industries.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate travel arrangements including booking flights, hotels, Eurostars, and car services
- Organise accommodation
- Handle general office administrative duties
- Answer incoming phone calls and provide helpful, professional communication
- Input and maintain accurate travel and accommodation data in the internal booking system
- Liaise with suppliers such as cleaning companies and car service providers
- Work closely with the accounting department to ensure all logistics-related bookings are properly recorded and transferred
- Maintain up-to-date UK visa entry files for models arriving and undergoing visa processing
- Run occasional errands, including managing weekly flower arrangements for the office
