Robert Half is working with a modelling management company in the search for a office admin assistant based in London.

Role:

We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented, and highly efficient Office Administration Assistant to join a dynamic model management agency based in London. This full-time position is ideal for someone with strong organisational and administrative skills, and an interest in the fashion and creative industries.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate travel arrangements including booking flights, hotels, Eurostars, and car services
  • Organise accommodation
  • Handle general office administrative duties
  • Answer incoming phone calls and provide helpful, professional communication
  • Input and maintain accurate travel and accommodation data in the internal booking system
  • Liaise with suppliers such as cleaning companies and car service providers
  • Work closely with the accounting department to ensure all logistics-related bookings are properly recorded and transferred
  • Maintain up-to-date UK visa entry files for models arriving and undergoing visa processing
  • Run occasional errands, including managing weekly flower arrangements for the office
