Join a leading financial services organisation where you’ll play a critical role in managing and supporting a team of technical specialists across a range of vendor and internally developed financial applications.What You’ll Do:Lead and mentor the Application Support team across multiple locations, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations and strategic direction.Manage incident resolution, prioritising major technical issues and driving service improvements.Oversee SLAs, KPIs, and performance metrics, ensuring high-quality service delivery.Act as the primary escalation point for critical incidents, chair major incident calls, and provide postmortem analysis.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimise processes and enhance team efficiency.Train and mentor team members, setting clear career progression paths.Collaborate on release management, incident fixes, and change implementation.
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
ITIL Foundation 3/4 certification or higher.AZ-900 Azure Fundamentals.A degree in a computer-related field or equivalent experience.Strong experience leading global cross-functional teams in a technical environment.Proficiency in SQL, SSRS, and PowerShell.
