As our business grows, we are excited to introduce a new role for an experienced and motivated Operations Manager to join our team.

As an Operations Manager , you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, managing a team of 20 staff members, and ensuring smooth scheduling and time management. Develop and implement shift schedules to ensure operational coverage.Oversee timesheet management, attendance tracking, and payroll reporting.Ensure compliance with health, safety, and cleaning standards.Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions.Monitor and manage supplies, ensuring adequate inventory.Generate reports on team performance and operational efficiency.

Proven experience in an operations management role, preferably in the cleaning, facilities management, or hospitality industry.Experience with scheduling, shift management, and timesheet processing.Proficiency in MS Office and workforce management software is desirable.Competitive salary (£30,000 per annum)Opportunities for career growth and developmentPaid holidays 25 days
