Lead and manage engineering teams to deliver complex solutions.Collaborate with multiple business functions including engineering, project management, and human resources.Ensure high standards of engineering governance and best practices.Provide technical and leadership support to engineers, helping them develop solutions throughout the product development cycle.We are open to candidates from various engineering backgrounds, provided they have experience in a highly regulated industry such as defence, nuclear, automotive, or rail. Bid Management – Leading technical proposals, cost estimation, and project planningTest & Evaluation – Developing test strategies, executing trials, and validating system performanceRequirements Management – Capturing, analysing, and maintaining engineering requirementsConfiguration Control – Managing design changes and maintaining technical baselines
