To carry out day to day engineering and maintenance activities across production facilities ensuring production equipment/machinery are maintained and serviced in order to deliver production requirements that meet the goals and objectives of the business.
Ensure both planned and emergency maintenance activities are run effectively with any operational challenges raised in a timely manner to maximise operational efficiencies.
38 hour working week – Currently working a 4-shift rotation due to being peak season where the site operates 24 hours 7 days a week.Other shifts include a 3-shift rotation which is implemented when the business requires it (6-2, 2-10, 10-6).There may also be a requirement to work normal day shift hours (8-16:30 Mon to Thu and 6-12 Fri) as the business requires.
Experience of working in a maintenance role with a mechanical background, including fabrication and electrical awareness, with a minimum of an NVQ/ ONC / HNC / HND in Engineering or equivalent….
