You’ll be our implementer, the engine behind the Managing Directors vision, and a key force in helping us manage our growth. Business operations from running and improving the processes and working with our existing team to service delivery excellence.Technology & systems using tech to enhance productivity and compliance.Project management from small projects to big ones that may be planned over months.
Remote working with meetings in Lingfield, Surrey. Death in Service, Income Protection, 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays), 18% pension (6% employee/12% employer), Christmas bonus.
This role would suit someone already working in a similar position within a financial planning or wealth management firm.
