Tower Hamlets Council – Contract Manager

To client the General Build “Responsive Maintenance, Void Property Works and Minor Planned Works” contract, including direct responsibility for contract governance and performance management, leading on Responsive Repairs or Minor Planned Works, with responsibility to cover for the other as required.

To lead and direct a team of technical officers responsible for overseeing the works of the contractor on a day to day basis. To ensure the repairs service is effective, reliable, value for money and meets the different needs of residents in our neighbourhoods and communities.
