Grounds Maintenance Operative

Resourcing Group are looking for a Grounds Maintenance Operative, to work at prestigious sites in Kensington area. To ensuring the outdoor areas are safe, clean, and visually appealing for clients.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Performing routine maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, and edging lawns
• Planting flowers, shrubs, and trees.
• Applying fertilisers and pesticides.
• Litter picking and clearing debris to maintain a clean, safe environment
• Operating and maintaining grounds keeping equipment and tools
• Collaborating with team members to prioritise tasks and meet client deadlines

What we’re looking for:

• A passion for outdoor work and a keen eye for detail
• Previous experience in grounds maintenance or landscaping preferred but not required
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, customer-focused attitude.
• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Commitment to safety and adherence to company policies and procedures
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and seasonal demands
• Ability to commute to Kensington area.
