  • Salary:Negotiable, with a performance-based bonus (approximately 0.10 per m of installed product; typical annual volume: 40,000m)

About the Role:This role involves working on a wide range of environmentally focused construction projects across the UK, particularly within paving and retaining wall systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing both supply-only and supply-and-lay contracts, typically engaging with contractors or direct clients. Projects may range from standard installations to bespoke or full-package solutions, including groundwork and sub-base preparation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting site measurements for internal and external valuations on a national basis

  • Preparing and submitting applications for payment and invoices

  • Managing final account settlements

  • Resolving disputes and contractual issues

  • Scheduling materials and coordinating purchases

  • Performing cost analysis and monitoring budgets

  • Participating in pre-contract meetings

  • Overseeing and managing contractor supply chain documentation

Required or Preferred Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role

  • Familiarity with groundworks and related construction practices

  • Working knowledge of standard contract forms, including NEC3

  • Minimum qualification: HNC or equivalent in a relevant field

  • Valid CSCS Card

  • Proactive, adaptable, and capable of handling challenges independently
