Your Role as a Residential Conveyancer

• Manage your own caseload from instruction to completion
• Advise a diverse client base, from first-time buyers to seasoned investors
• Handle various transactions, including:
  • Sales and purchases of leasehold and freehold properties
  • Remortgages, buy-to-let, Right to Buy and shared ownership
  • New build transactions, Help to Buy mortgages, SDLT returns
  • Land Registry applications for both registered and unregistered land

What We Are Looking For:

• Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer
• Unqualified conveyancers and part-qualified legal executives encouraged to apply
• Minimum two years’ experience in residential conveyancing
• Proven ability to manage a caseload independently
