Account Executive – Beauty Industry
Location : London (1-2 days per week in the office)
Salary : £30,000 (circa) + Benefits
Are you a proactive and detail-oriented individual looking to grow your career in the beauty and cosmetics industry? We’re looking for an Account Executive to join a thriving Beauty brand, supporting key accounts and ensuring top-tier customer service.
The Role:
As an Account Executive , you’ll be the key support to the commercial team, working closely with existing clients and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with customer queries and ensuring exceptional service.
- Supporting the management of existing accounts, maintaining strong relationships.
- Executing business plans and helping to drive growth.
- Providing administrative support to ensure seamless account management.
- Assist in tracking sales performance, preparing reports, and identifying trends to support business decisions.
- Maintain account records, update CRM systems, and ensure all documentation is up to date.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support promotional campaigns, ensuring accurate execution across accounts.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in an Account Executive, Sales Support, or Customer Service role (ideally within Beauty, Cosmetics, or a related industry).
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- A proactive mindset with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work in a hybrid model, with 1-2 days per week in the London office and 3 – 4 days from home.
