Here at Burns Sheehan, we have exclusively partnered with a high-growth FinTech firm transforming how financial professionals use technology. They’re hiring their first Customer Success Manager to take full ownership of customer onboarding, adoption, and engagement.

The Role:

As the Customer Success Manager , you will help lead product demos, provide training, and ensure clients maximise the platform’s value. This is a hands-on role where you'll shape the Customer Success function from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities:

  • 2–5 years’ experience in B2B Client Success, ideally in FinTech or Financial Markets or working with SaaS products
  • Strong communicator who builds trust with clients
  • Technically curious and comfortable explaining workflows
  • Ready to make an impact in a growing company
