Content Specialist (Bilingual – Content Review Focus)

UK (Remote) | 6-month contract | £39.90/hr | Start: ASAP

We’re looking for experienced Content Specialists to support the review and quality of user-generated content across major social platforms. This role is ideal for someone with a sharp editorial eye and a background in content moderation or trust & safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and refine large volumes of content, ensuring consistency and compliance with internal guidelines
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline review processes and improve content quality
• Create scalable workflows, templates, and documentation for content assessment
• Analyse content trends and performance data to provide actionable insights
• Support evolving content priorities in a fast-paced environment, including weekend availability when needed

Requirements:

• 5 years of experience in content review, moderation, or a similar role
• Bachelor’s degree (required)
• Strong editorial judgement and attention to detail
• Proven expertise in social media content strategy and ecosystem.
• Project management – Ability to manage multiple complex projects with precision and efficiency.
• Comfortable analysing content data sets and reporting trends
• Proficiency in Google Sheets and MS Excel; coding and/or prompt engineering experience is a plus.
• Bilingual in Spanish, Portuguese, Hindi, or another European language
